Are you an experienced operational leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading teams through change, and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for an Assessment Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in the global delivery of ABRSM’s assessments and services.
Reporting to the Director of Assessment Services, you will lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ABRSM’s worldwide assessment operations, overseeing everything from face-to-face exam sessions to digital assessments.
