Our Team Is Growing – Positions available in Newton Abbot and Chudleigh
Our supported‑living home in Newton Abbot supports four young adults aged 18–26 with learning disabilities, autism, TARP syndrome, communication needs, and epilepsy. It is a busy, active, community‑focused home where clients enjoy farm work, day services, volunteering, church, social activities, and maintaining strong family relationships.
We promote independence, confidence, and daily‑living skills, supporting clients with cooking, cleaning, budgeting, planning routines, and engaging in meaningful activities. The home is warm, structured, and person‑centred, with a consistent staff team and clear routines that help clients feel safe and empowered.
We are also excited to be expanding our provision, with a new supported‑living home in Chudleigh due to open in the next month, further enhancing our ability to support more individuals in a similar high‑quality, community‑focused environment
