Bank Care Assistant
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To encourage residents according to their capabilities to participate in all aspects of daily living and to give the appropriate degree of assistance.
- To follow the residents Care Plan.
YOU WILL NEED;
- a caring personality
- to be patient
- to communicate well with residents and peers
- TASKS YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE;
- complete personal care whilst maintaining dignity and choice.
- assist with all aspects of the residents daily routine
- engage in social activities
- enter all actions onto PCS system, held hand device.
- training will be given, however experience of working in care professionally or personally maybe useful
- QUALIFICATIONS:
NVQ/QCF I or 2 Care Assistant ideally.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
