Our Salisbury café sits right in the heart of the city and is well-loved for its warm atmosphere, great team and consistently fresh, made-to-order food. We’re looking for a Chef who takes pride in cooking well, enjoys a lively kitchen environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team with high standards.

The Role
As a Chef, you’ll help deliver a smooth service and consistently excellent food every day.
You will:
- Prepare and cook dishes to spec with care and consistency
- Keep quality and presentation high, even during peak times
- Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times
- Support with prep, stock rotation, dating and labelling to keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and contribute to a tidy, safe kitchen
- Work as part of a positive, friendly team who support each other across all kitchen tasks
You’ll be supported and trained by your Head Chef, with development opportunities available if you want to grow your kitchen career.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in a busy kitchen or are a fast learner with strong fundamentals
- Are calm under pressure, organised and take pride in doing a job well
