Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and professional Property & Tenancy Manager to join our award-winning team in Poundbury. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, supportive and ambitious environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing tenancy operations and maintenance coordination across our lettings portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained and both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing maintenance issues from initial report through to completion
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors daily
- Coordinating repairs, inspections and compliance works
- Ensuring all tenancy documentation is accurate and up to date
- Handling tenancy check-ins and check-outs
- Monitoring contractor performance and obtaining quotations
- Maintaining strong communication and excellent customer care throughout
- Supporting the lettings team with general property management duties
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Works calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Is confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Has strong problem-solving abilities
- Delivers exceptional customer service naturally
- Is professional, positive and team-oriented
- Has previous property management, lettings or maintenance coordination experience (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a full UK driving licence
