Job Summary
The Reinstatement Teams are responsible for restoring and maintaining operational facilities following maintenance, upgrades, or repairs. This role involves working collaboratively to ensure that all reinstatement activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Candidates should possess strong management skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in maintenance or driving roles. Duties
- Coordinate and execute reinstatement activities across various operational sites, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage resources and personnel involved in reinstatement tasks to optimise workflow and safety.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and oversee the repair of equipment as required.
- Drive company vehicles to transport personnel, tools, or materials between sites safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding progress, issues, or safety concerns.
- Ensure all reinstatement work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Document all activities accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered during reinstatement processes to minimise downtime.
Experience
- Proven management experience within a maintenance or operational environment.
- Background in technical maintenance, including familiarity with repair procedures and safety standards.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in operating company vehicles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience working within a team-oriented setting is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
