Location: Hybrid – one day per fortnight at our Head Office - Stoke on Trent (ST4 6NW)
Working Hours: Full time: 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
Includes one late start/ late finish evening per week and rotational Saturday (TOIL Provided)
The role:
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive who can turn warm enquiries into committed bookings. You’ll guide patients from first contact through to consultation and treatment, delivering a smooth, supportive experience that builds trust and drives results.
You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, responding quickly and professionally. A key part of the role is converting new enquiries into consultation appointments while providing clear, reassuring information about our services.
You’ll own each interaction end to end sending confirmations, taking payments, updating CRM systems, and resolving straightforward queries. You’ll also run proactive outbound campaigns to re-engage patients who haven’t yet booked. Throughout, you’ll bring a positive, empathetic approach and work closely with the Patient Advisory Team to hit KPIs, improve processes, and maintain excellent service standards.
What you’ll need:
You’ll have at least three years’ experience in sales and customer service, with a strong track record of hitting targets, managing pipelines, and closing sales. You’re confident working to KPIs, driving outbound activity, and using CRM systems effectively.
You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple communication channels while maintaining high service standards. Strong prioritisation, adaptability, and commercial awareness are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport remotely.
You’ll also bring solid IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
