We are looking for someone to join our team as a nail technician or beauty therapist or both. Are you passionate about nails? In love with creating fabulous claws for your clients? A beauty therapist who enjoys pampering others and making them feel wonderful?
Requirements: (Depending on role)
- Perform manicures and pedicures following established procedures and techniques.
- Apply and maintain artificial nails, nail extensions, and nail art as per client preferences.
- Qualified in nail enhancements and beauty treatments including lash lifts
- Offer advice to clients on nail care and recommend appropriate nail products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of tools, equipment, and work area.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and nail care products.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any customer service issues professionally.
- Be computer literate, ensuring clients forms and data are correct.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician
- Certification or diploma in Beauty therapy
- Certification or diploma in Nail Technology
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Location, Hours, compensation
- This is a part time position starting with Saturdays 9-2
- More hours are available once original hours are filled, very flexible work life balance.
- Working out of a busy high street salon.
- All stock and uniform is provided for you.
If you are only qualified in some areas within the industry but are looking to train in more, we can offer training, after probationary period.
Experience is essential in nails as we have clients waiting.
