About You
We are looking for caring, patient, and committed individuals who are confident supporting young adults with Autism and complex needs, comfortable supporting behaviours that may challenge, flexible to work across different services, strong communicators with a positive, proactive approach, and reliable team players who can also work independently. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
