Overview
We are seeking diligent and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our professional team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively
- Maintain hygiene standards by sanitising surfaces and waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
