Senior Therapist
The Captain's Club Spa in Christchurch gives our guests a unique and luxurious experience with our hydrotherapy pool, sauna and four beauty rooms, currently offering a range of relaxing ESPA treatments.
We are looking for a reliable and friendly spa professional with a passion for beauty and spa therapies to help in managing our team. The role and responsibilities are varied and the Captain's Club Hotel offers motivated crew members exciting opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Provide a 5 star 'hands on' therapy service throughout the guest's spa journey
· Acknowledging and responding to client queries, needs and expectations.
· Provide outstanding client care and fulfill our guest's experience to its full potential.
· Delivering both beauty and spa specialist treatments to the highest standard.
· Maintaining Client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
· Uphold Hygiene standards at all times, and follow all health and safety protocol.
· Retain great product knowledge on the range of spa days and treatments that we offer.
. Reliable in managing the staff when needed and taking responsibility for the spa.

Must have minimum NVQ level 2 (Level 3 preferred), BTEC or Equivalent in Beauty Therapy
Experience in management or previous assistant manager roles preferred.
