Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice within Finance – Level 3

Apprenticeship: Business Administrator Level 3
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- 35 paid hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Worcester WR6
Pay: £8.00 per hour (Apprentice National Minimum Wage)

As part of the administration team, you will gain exposure to a variety of business functions while developing valuable office and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing delivery tickets and assisting with the generation of customer invoices
- Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
- Carrying out general office administration duties, including filing, data entry and document management
- Supporting customers and internal departments with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate records and company documentation
- Assisting with general office projects and administrative tasks as required
- Providing excellent customer service and professional communication at all times
Requirements:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and reliable approach to work
Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in England
- Must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in Business Administration (subject to apprenticeship funding rules)
- Must meet initial assessment requirements in English and Maths
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be committed to completing the apprenticeship programme and associated study requirements
