Hammer Contracting Ltd are a growing geothermal and renewable energy specialist, and we're looking for a motivated new team member to join our installation team.
No geothermal experience is required. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. In return, we'll provide ongoing in-house training and support to develop you into a fully qualified Renewable Energy Installation Technician.
What you'll be doing
- Installing geothermal ground loop pipework.
- Positioning and connecting manifolds.
- Fusion welding borehole pipework.
- Groundworks and general site duties.
- Working safely and professionally alongside colleagues and customers.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment.
- Helping deliver high-quality projects throughout the UK.
Experience that would be useful (but not essential)
- Groundworks
- Civils
- Utilities
- Construction
- Drilling
- Landscaping
- Agricultural engineering
- Plant operation
What we're looking for
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to think ahead and work proactively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical fitness.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- CSCS card required.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
