Due to our continued business growth we are seeking a motivated and professional Tenant Liaison Officer to join our growing team. Working alongside our experienced office staff, you will act as a key point of contact between tenants, contractors and our operational teams, ensuring roofing and maintenance works are coordinated efficiently and delivered to a high standard. Full training will be provided. Our office is based in Garforth (LS25) and we are ideally looking for someone who lives locally.
Role Requirements
- act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing updates and support throughout scheduled works
- liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
- coordinate appointments and maintain clear communication between all parties involved
- accurately record and update customer communications on client portals and internal systems
- monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- handle incoming telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- assist with general administrative and office duties as required set by the office managers
Experience & Skills
- strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- confident communicator, good written and verbal communication skills
- professional and formal telephone manner
- ability to work independently and as a team, managing tasks effectively
- strong problem solving skills
- comfortable suing computer systems, emails, online portal systems, Microsoft
- quick learner
- previous customer service / tenant liaison experience
Salary/hours
- Salary to be discussed at interview
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am to 4pm (hours to be discussed at interview)
- 23 days plus Bank Holidays
