Laser / CNC Operator – Rotating Shifts
Based: Darwen, Lancashire
Weekly Rate: up to £682 (inclusive of Attendance allowance)+ annual profit share bonus.
Working hours: Hours of work
Week 1: Mon to Thurs 6am – 2pm and Friday 6am – 12pm
Week 2: Mon to Thurs 2pm – 10pm and Friday 12pm – 6pm
We’re expanding our laser division and looking for operators to join one of the UK’s most advanced sheet metal facilities.
At WEC, you’ll be working with:
- Modern Trumpf & Bystronic laser systems
- High-volume, varied work (not repetitive production)
- A large, well-established engineering team
The role:
- Operating laser / CNC machinery
- Working from engineering drawings
- Maintaining high quality standards

- Experienced laser operators
- CNC operators looking to move into laser
- Candidates with manufacturing experience willing to develop
