Staffordshire (commutable from Birmingham, Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Sutton Coldfield)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-time, Permanent

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll:
- Lead, inspire and motivate a dedicated care team
- Create a safe, nurturing and activity-filled home for young people
- Ensure the home maintains high-quality, Ofsted-compliant standards of care
- Develop and oversee personalised care plans to meet each child's individual needs
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professional partners
- Support with recruitment, training, and staff development
- Champion safeguarding and ensure the welfare of every young person
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children's residential care regulations
- A leader who embodies the organisation's core values: Resilience, Courage, Integrity, Respect, Confidence, and Innovation
- Must be 21 years+ (in line with regulations)
You will need a Full UK Manual Driver's Licence
