Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Seasonal Chef to join our culinary team. Additional service charge £300-£600 pcm
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection for seasonal offerings
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests when required
- Support other kitchen staff with meal preparation and plating as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends if required
