```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and Websites
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
