Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth delivery of projects. This is a hands-on role in a small team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate electricians, labourers, and apprentices.
- Schedule and book jobs; maintain project trackers.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
- Estimate and price jobs from drawings and site surveys.
- Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Support NERS/ICP projects and liaise with DNO/IDNO.
Skills and experience:
Essential:
- Previous electrical supervisor experience
- Ability to supervise electrical staff on site
- Ability to work in a team as well independently.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable:
- Qualified Electrician.
- Knowledge of RAMS, CDM 2015, and ISO 9001 compliance.
- Strong estimating and pricing skills.
- NERS/ICP experience highly desirable.
- Qualifications: 18th Edition , ECS/CSCS card.
- SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000–£45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
