Senior Design & Build Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design & Build Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the Highlands of Scotland.
The role will involve managing the full Design & Build lifecycle on large-scale civil engineering schemes, including major storage facilities and electrical substations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Design & Build process from tender through to project completion
- Coordinate internal and external design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Support project planning, risk management, and value engineering
- Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide technical and delivery leadership across multiple projects
Candidate Requirements
- Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in a Senior Design & Build, Design Management, or Project Management role
- Experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Full right to work in the UK

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
