We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our client's busy and fast-paced hospitality operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated chef who is passionate about producing high-quality food and enjoys working as part of a professional kitchen team.
- 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis

Working hours are 12:00pm and 9:00pm with the occasional 11am start

Full-time, permanent position
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard

Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service

Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with company standards

Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices

Assist with stock rotation, storage, and waste control

Work effectively within a busy kitchen environment
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Senior Chef experience

Passion for food and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Own transport is essential due to the location of the venue
- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
