The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to support the Gluten Free Blend Supervisor and help drive performance, quality, and safety across the department.
This is a working Team Leader position, perfect for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
Lead and support the team to achieve production output and quality targets
Promote and enforce high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
Ensure all documentation, systems, and records are completed accurately and on time
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and capability
Take full responsibility for the shift in the absence of the Supervisor
Act as a role model on the shop floor, driving best practices and team engagement
Previous experience within food manufacturing (FMCG environment preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively
Working knowledge of Unity systems
Valid Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and PPT licences
Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to lead from the front

Shift Details
D Shift – 07:00–19:00
12‑hour shifts on a rotating pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary - £36,673.11 + 18% shift allowance
Closing date- Sunday 28th June 2026
