Store Manager – Joe Blake’s, Westfield Stratford
Joe Blake’s is recruiting a Store Manager to lead our busy Westfield Stratford location.
This is a sales-led, customer-focused role in one of London’s busiest retail environments. We’re looking for someone who can bring energy to the counter, engage confidently with customers, sell great coffee and artisan doughnuts, and lead a strong team.
Pay starts at £16.15 per hour, plus monthly bonuses and tips.
A full-time 40-hour contract is available.

We focus on excellent coffee, fast service, strong product presentation and friendly customer engagement. Days are busy, energetic and hands-on, with plenty of coffee to make and customers to serve.
The role
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and coaching the team
Delivering fast, friendly customer service
Driving sales through confident product recommendations
Selling our speciality coffee and artisan doughnuts
Maintaining high standards across coffee, service and store presentation
Growing revenue and improving store performance
Creating a positive, reliable team culture
A big part of the role is personal selling. You’ll be comfortable speaking to customers, recommending products, upselling doughnuts with coffee, promoting boxes and making the counter feel exciting.
You’ll need:
Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience
Good speciality coffee knowledge
Confidence selling and engaging with customers
Strong communication and coaching skills
A calm, organised approach in busy periods
A genuine interest in service, speed and product quality
Head Barista experience is desirable.

You’ll work with quality coffee equipment, including:
Mahlkönig grinders
Puqpress
La Marzocco Strada espresso machine
