What will this First-Class Graduate Mentor position involve?
Supporting motivated students across a range of academic subjects
Providing guidance on study skills, personal statements, and university applications
Delivering 1:1 and group academic enrichment sessions
Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and aspiration
Scope to develop mentoring programmes for high-achieving pupils

ABOUT THE ROLE
Mentoring high-achieving students across KS3-5
Subject-specific academic support based on your expertise
Delivering workshops, university application guidance, and enrichment sessions
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum - Permanent Contract (Salary is based off exp)
September 2026 Start - Term Time Only - Full Time
Based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
ABOUT YOU
A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline)
Experience working with young people in educational or mentoring contexts
A confident and inspiring communicator
A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential
Strong academic background and excellent organisational skills
