What We're Looking For
To be considered for these opportunities, you must:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching and Learning Support qualification (or equivalent)
Have experience working with children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or be willing to purchase one
Be able to provide the last 2 years of professional work history for referencing purposes (references must be from employers, managers, or professional contacts and cannot be family members or friends)
Desirable Experience
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of a range of learning needs and strategies to support pupil engagement and progress
