Do you enjoy helping others learn and develop? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Factory Trainer to support the capability, confidence, and competence of our production teams.
This role is essential to ensuring all factory staff have the training, knowledge and skills to work safely, efficiently, and in line with our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training to colleagues across all shifts
✔ Support induction and on‑boarding of new starters
✔ Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and job aids
✔ Carry out on‑the‑job coaching and skills assessments
✔ Monitor training effectiveness and update records/matrices
✔ Support multi‑skilling initiatives and refresher training
✔ Work collaboratively with supervisors, team leads and managers
✔ Help embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement
✔ Use Microsoft applications and factory software for reporting and planning
Skills & Requirements
⭐ Fluent English (written and spoken
⭐ Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer systems
⭐ Excellent communicator and presenter
⭐ Patient and supportive coach with a positive approach
⭐ Flexible and adaptable to varied training needs across shifts
