What to expect from the role
With both vacancies you will work together with the class teacher, in a role that focuses on working together to provide the best education to the children. Ensuring their needs are meet to help them develop!
This will include supporting small groups, working 1:1 with children who need the extra focus time, mentoring children on their behaviour (promoting and praising positive behaviours) and keeping on top of the needs of the classroom (including printing, handing out worksheets, setting up displays, etc.).
Role Requirements
- Degree (Graduate) or Education focused Level 2/3
- Strong Maths and English ability
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (We can start the application for you!)
- Caring and Supportive Personality
