Your responsibilities
When you join us as our new Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming and engaging with guests

Have complete knowledge of the afternoon tea menu and wine list

Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

Understanding the afternoon tea flow of service in order to anticipate Head Waiter/ess instructions whenever possible

Ensure that all tables are cleaned and relayed

Acknowledge and bid farewell departing guests
