The Role
Successful candidates will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for pupils.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Providing one-to-one and small group intervention support
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
- Supporting pupils with literacy and numeracy development
- Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Helping pupils build confidence and independence
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
This role would suit graduates who are patient, adaptable, energetic, and eager to make a positive impact within a primary school setting.
