Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment,you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages,including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks,in accordance with standard recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area,ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Engage with customers,taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.

Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is equally valued.

Familiarity with bartending techniques and knowledge of various beverages is advantageous.

Understanding of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued.
