Are you a commercially focused FP&A professional looking for a high-impact role within a fast-paced, PE-backed technology business?
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of forecasting, modelling and strategic insight while partnering closely with senior leadership across the business.
This role would suit a qualified accountant with strong analytical capability, advanced modelling expertise and the confidence to influence stakeholders at Executive level.
You will play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering meaningful commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the monthly FP&A reporting process for Executive and Board reporting

Owning end-to-end cost forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling

Producing insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

Business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions

Supporting cost optimisation and procurement initiatives

Developing and enhancing financial models, reporting tools and dashboards

Managing and developing a junior FP&A team member

Driving continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and governance processes
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Proven experience within an FP&A environment

Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Previous experience within SaaS or technology environments would be advantageous

Exposure to Power BI, SAP, Jira or Salesforce would also be beneficial
