About Dorsia Finance
Dorsia Finance is a boutique luxury and supercar finance brokerage built for self-made business owners and entrepreneurs. We structure bespoke finance for high-value vehicles, purchases, collections, refinancing and equity release, with the kind of discretion, speed and relationship-led service our clients expect from every part of their financial life.
We're growing, and we need someone who can keep the engine room running smoothly behind the scenes so the sales side can focus on the sales.
The Role
As Sales Support Administrator, you'll be the operational backbone of Dorsia's sales process. You'll sit between our clients, lenders, and the founder, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, paperwork is accurate, deadlines are hit, and every client feels the same level of polish whether they're spending £50k or £5m.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who's organised, discreet, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM, keeping lead and client records accurate, up to date, and properly tracked through the pipeline
- Prepare and check finance applications and supporting documentation before submission to lenders
- Coordinate with lenders and underwriters to chase updates, resolve queries, and keep deals moving
- Carry out KYC/AML and compliance checks in line with FCA requirements
- Manage diary and scheduling for client calls, viewings, and meetings
- Draft and send client correspondence — confirmations, follow-ups, document requests in a tone that's warm, professional, and on-brand
- Support the founder with general business admin: invoicing, supplier liaison, and ad hoc projects
- Help maintain a smooth handover between marketing generated leads and the sales process
- Flag bottlenecks or process gaps and suggest practical fixes
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative or operations experience, ideally in finance, automotive, property, or another high-value/relationship-led industry
- Excellent attention to detail — comfortable handling paperwork where small errors carry real consequences
- Confident communicator, written and verbal, with the polish needed for HNW client interaction
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple deals and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with CRM systems and general digital tools (training provided on our specific setup)
- Discreet and trustworthy — you'll be handling sensitive financial and personal information
- A genuine interest in cars, finance, or luxury lifestyle businesses is a bonus, not a requirement
What You'll Get
- A front-row seat in a fast-growing, founder-led business with real scope to shape how things run
- Direct exposure to high-value deals and high-net-worth clients
- Salary of £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience, plus [benefits, hours, hybrid/office details — to be confirmed]
