Job Title: Tractor Driver

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and large-scale food production company, is seeking experienced and dependable Tractor Drivers to support their seasonal operations near Colchester. This opportunity is being offered through our agency and provides a great chance to work within a fast-paced, professional agricultural environment.
This is initially a temporary position to cover peak seasonal demand, with the possibility of extension for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating tractors and agricultural machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Supporting field operations, including netting and fleecing crops
- Assisting with general farm and production duties as required
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Working collaboratively with on-site teams to meet production targets and deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience operating tractors and farm machinery is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Flexibility to support seasonal demands
