We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team of architects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks efficiently. Duties
- Assisting the managing director with administration tasks scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office products
- Assisting with marketing tasks
- Supporting other team members with administrative support to ensure operational efficiency
- Helping research, prepare and manage bids for framework opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently whilst also being a team player
