Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor to join their established Real Estate Department, a team recognised at Legal 500 Tier 1 level. This role offers the opportunity to further develop the commercial property offering in Southport and the surrounding areas, working with a broad and high-quality client base.
The Real Estate team covers Commercial Property, Rural Property, and Leisure & Licensing, providing a varied and engaging workload across multiple sectors.
The Role
You will work on a wide range of high-quality matters, including:
- Land acquisition and disposal
- Property development and site set-ups
- Secured lending and panel work
- Corporate support for the corporate team
- Ongoing portfolio work for well-established regional and national operators
Clients span sectors such as leisure, manufacturing, breweries, and SME entrepreneurs, offering a diverse caseload that remains resilient as market conditions change.
