Pay £13.00 an hour to start with service which brings it out to anywhere between £14.25-£16 per hour
50% off all food and drink.

Responsibilities

- Monitor team performance, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement strategies
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping to optimise staffing levels
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation in retail settings
- Maintain effective communication with management regarding team progress and operational issues
- Handle customer queries professionally using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organise daily tasks to meet organisational objectives while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support sales initiatives by motivating staff and implementing promotional activities
- Prepare reports on team performance, sales figures, and operational challenges for senior management
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong supervisory skills in retail or sales environments
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks

- Demonstrated experience in team management within retail or similar sectors
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism
