We are a growing and well-established manufacturer within the uPVC window industry, committed to producing high-quality products and delivering excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced CNC Operator / uPVC Window Fabricator to join our production team.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Rotox CNC machinery alongside the fabrication and assembly of uPVC windows and doors to company quality standards.
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Rotox CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Fabricating and assembling uPVC windows and doors
- Reading and following production orders and specifications
- Preparing frames and components for assembly
- Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintaining machinery and reporting faults where required
- Assisting across the production department when needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to company quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience within uPVC window fabrication preferred
- Experience operating Rotox CNC machinery highly advantageous
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties, as the role involves lifting and moving materials throughout the working day
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Experience
- uPVC window fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
- CNC machine operation: 1 year (preferred)
- Rotox machinery experience: preferred
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
