Job Title: Early Years Educator Apprentice (Level 3)

Salary: £8.50–£9.00 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term – 18-month Apprenticeship
Hours: Shifts between 08:00 – 18:00
Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Level 3)

This 18-month programme combines practical experience with structured training, preparing you to take on greater responsibility in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Observe and assess children’s progress
- Create safe, inclusive and nurturing environments
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
What You’ll Gain

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for early years education
- Caring, patient and reliable approach
- Willingness to learn and complete the full apprenticeship
- UK, EEA or EU residency for the past 3 years
- Ability to obtain a DBS check
Applicants aged 16–18 without GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C) will be supported to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship.
