We’re looking for an Administrator to join our commissioning team and provide support across the business. The role will include administrative support, reporting, and assisting with the monitoring of data centre cooling systems and HVAC units on site.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the monitoring of data centre cooling systems and HVAC units across the business.
- Prepare performance reports for the management team.
- Carry out administrative duties and clerical tasks to support day-to-day business operations.
- Research and collect information as requested by the management and leadership teams.
- Update internal operating procedures as needed.
- Attend meetings and distribute minutes to the relevant parties.
- Maintain logs and spreadsheets as required.
- Suggest operational improvements to support productivity, quality and cost objectives.
- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Undertake other duties from time to time, where reasonable and appropriate to the role and business needs.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an office-based administrative or customer support role would be beneficial, but equivalent skills and experience will also be considered.
- A professional approach when working with colleagues across the business.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage more than one task at a time.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel, or the ability to learn these systems with support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others while using initiative when needed.
