ABOUT THE ROLE
Duties will include:-
- Serving drink in the Spa Bar
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures
- Assist and supervise guests in their use of the spa facilities, including sauna, steam room and hot tub pool
- Deal with booking enquiries and process guest payments
- Welcome & host guests as they arrive for sessions
- Water test and maintain water treatment within operating chlorine and PH ranges.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the spa in adherence with safety matters and all legal requirements, to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff. (Full training to be provided for the right candidate),
- A flexible approach to working is vital as you may be required to work some evenings and weekends
