Responsibilities
- Assist individual with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support Individual in daily activities such as meal preparation, medication and assisting with his needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with Individuals families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Drive Individual to appointments or social activities as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for said Individual.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a home setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand Individuals needs.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting Individual.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help are essential traits for this role.
