We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Construction (Plumbing Specialism) to join our dynamic and growing Construction team at Taunton College. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful and well-established department, delivering high-quality training across a range of construction programmes. In this pivotal role, you will influence the lives of our learners by equipping them with the practical skills, industry knowledge and professional behaviours needed to succeed in a thriving and evolving sector.
The ideal candidate will bring valuable industry experience within Plumbing and wider construction, alongside the motivation and enthusiasm to support learners of varying abilities and needs. You will be flexible in your teaching approach, committed to delivering highly effective teaching, learning and assessment, and passionate about helping students maximise their potential and achieve timely success. As part of a strong and supportive team, you will contribute to the College’s high expectations for quality and student outcomes. Whether you are an experienced lecturer or looking to move into teaching from industry, full training and ongoing professional development will be provided to support you in this role.

Pay: £31,350.00-£36,202.00 per year
