This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our Exeter Aftersales Centre! We are looking for a Bodyshop Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of the Bodyshop, ensuring maximum productivity alongside consistently exceeding customer expectations.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Bodyshop Coordinator you will oversee the body shops performance by driving productivity, maintaining full process compliance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You also manage financial targets, stock control, KPIs and provide daily support to the team to ensure the department operates efficiently and meets business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritising customer requirements throughout the body shop operation

Responsible for all internal and external customer journeys.
- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and communicated to the Head of Used in a timely manner
- Supports in the supervision of the body shop operation in line with the company and CWC standards and processes

Monitors body shop loading, ensuring continuity to maximise productivity

Allocates the flow of work into the body shop, maximising available resources

Ensure adherence to company standards for quality control within the body shop maintains a quality system

Efficiently manages resources to deliver quality service on time
- Communicates and supports colleagues across all business areas

Effectively liaises with the wider business to support the ongoing performance of the body shop
- Manages the standard and quality of technical information

Meets with the Head of Used and Prep Supervisor to review performance and suggest improvements

Identifies training and development needs for self and body shop team as part of the performance management process
- Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law

Responsible to ensure the body shop is maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times
What Were Looking For
- Prevous service experience within the Motor industry
