Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in the organisation of the kitchen station, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are ready for service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with health regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency
- Support junior team members and provide guidance where necessary during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
