We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our team in a busy, customer-focused bingo club in Corby. If you take pride in preparing high-quality, home-style meals and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, home-style meals to a high standard
- Following standard recipes and ensuring consistent portion control
- Managing stock levels and supporting ordering processes
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within industrial or high-volume catering
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
- NVQ, City & Guilds qualification, or relevant hands-on experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude
