Seeking
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our new kitchen, based at our new farm shop: as a chef De Partie for;
- Full time: 5 shifts per week, will include weekend working, FULL TIME; 8 hours per shift (40 hours per week).
Chef De Partie responsibilities:
- Station Management: Running your section efficiently.
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard, following recipes and portion controls.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards, including temperature checks and sanitising work areas.
- Team Supervision: Training and mentoring the commis chef
- Stock Control: Assisting with ingredient preparation, checking stock levels, and minimising waste.
- Menu Development: Assisting Head/Sous Chef with new dishes and menu items.
