As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function of the agency and be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and assisting the Managing Director in qualifying and closing leads. You should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll be part of the driving force of business development for the agency, bringing new client opportunities to the table and following their commercial journey with Intimation. As our agency offers a full range of services across traditional and digital marketing, from consultation to development and delivery, a consultative approach and knowledge of the marketing agency industry would be highly beneficial.
You will have the full support and knowledge of our creative team and the Managing Director to help get you up to speed.
Your role will include identifying prospects and opportunities, making approaches, qualifying leads, networking, having meetings and operate as a key member of our sales function in preparing pitch documents, proposals, tender responses and keeping our CRM up to date.
The successful applicant will receive a base salary, with a competitive structured commission to suit both parties, generous mileage allowance and technology package.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients

- Work with the Managing Director in outreach, inbound and administrative tasks to support the sales process
About You
- A proven track record in B2B sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work to and achieve agreed sales targets
- CRM experience is preferred
- Knowledge of business development and sales, ideally in an agency environment preferred
- Approachable, communicative and proactive
- Self motivated and well organised
- Driven to develop the role and flourish within it
