We are looking for a reliable and experienced Nursery Chef to provide temporary cover in a busy nursery setting. The role involves preparing healthy, balanced meals for young children, ensuring all food is cooked and presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals suitable for children
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Manage stock and kitchen supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a nursery or school setting
- Good understanding of dietary requirements and allergies
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
