Lourenzos is the largest Nightclub/Bar in Dunfermline with 3 floors, 5 bars — a buzzing hotspot known for great music, better drinks, and unforgettable nights. We’re looking for a Floor staff team member, who is enthusiastic and enjoys nightlife, to join our tight-knit team.
Whether you are looking to begin an exciting career in hospitality, or you are an experienced pro looking for a new challenge, we want you to be part of our growing team!
You don’t need experience to join us as a Floor staff Team Member.
You do need to be able to demonstrate that you are a great team player as well as being able to work unsupervised during busy times and be keen to learn.
We invest in our colleagues providing both new start and ongoing training to ensure they are fully developed and have all the skills to exceed in the role, as a Floor Team Member this will give you the opportunity to further your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating a welcoming, safe and friendly atmosphere for all guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar
- Restock supplies and ensure the bar and service stations are well-presented at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation, including clearing tables and setting up for service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring floors and stairwells are hazard free.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments
- Has strong communication and multitasking skills
- Is reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and nightlife
- Has previous hospitality experience (Not essential – we train the right personality!)
- Must be 18 years old +
