Role: Mobile Building Services Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

CTR Engineering are looking for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join one of London’s premier commercial property maintenance companies, providing a range of services to businesses in and around the capital. Their professional approach has earned them a reputation as one of the most reliable maintenance service providers in the south-east
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Experience working on undercounter water heaters
- Ensure that planned and reactive maintenance is carried out to meet client’s expectation
- To preform general day to day building repairs to a high standard.
- Comply with health and safety procedures
- Ensure all work is completed correctly first time and within agreed client SLA’s
- Maintain accurate records of all works carried out.ng
- Flush handle requires replacing
- Leaking sink, wc’s etc
- No hot water, investigate reason why
- Carpentry/Tiling/Painting & Decorating/Plastering
Requirements:
- C&G in either Plumbing/Mechanical/Building Services/Electrical
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled experience
- Client Facing
